Campers can arrive and begin setting up starting at 12:00 PM (noon) on Thursday, May 28, 2026.
"Climb Higher" — our theme focuses on spiritual growth and pushing beyond your limits, both physically and spiritually.
The camporee is open to Pathfinder and Adventurer clubs from all six conferences of the Atlantic Union: Greater New York (GNYC), New York (NYC), Northeastern (NEC), Southern New England (SNEC), Northern New England (NNEC), and Bermuda (BDA).
Registration is handled through AdventSource. Club directors should register their club and all members through the AdventSource platform. Contact your conference Pathfinder/Adventurer director if you need assistance.
Bring your own tents, sleeping bags, and camping gear. Clubs are responsible for their own camping equipment. Don't forget sunscreen, water bottles, comfortable shoes, and your Bible! A detailed packing list will be shared closer to the event.
The camporee features honors classes, drill and marching competitions, a drum corps showcase, a scavenger hunt, TLT leadership programming, worship services, and much more. Check the Schedule page for the full program.
If the affected individual is nonresponsive, dial 911 immediately and then notify the on-site medical team. For non-life threatening issues, visit the medical tent or contact the camp medical staff. All club directors should know the location of the medical tent upon arrival.
Cell service can be limited at the fairgrounds. We recommend downloading the schedule and camp map ahead of time. This app works offline once loaded!
The full schedule is available on the Schedule page of this app. You can toggle between the Pathfinder and Adventurer programs to see activities specific to each camp.
